Maker Notes: A 100% dark chocolate from single origin Vietnamese cocoa. In the central high lands of Vietnam in the Dong Nai province, after a long hunt we discovered the exception beans growing in a small valley. As a black diamond is the fruit of a volcano, these beans are the fruit of cacao trees growing on an ascent volcanous soil. The result is a bar with exceptional flavors of red fruit and deep chocolate.
