If you haven’t used Valrhona cocoa powder yet for baking, you need to! It’s rich, dark, and flavorful. Use for cakes/cupcakes in any recipe that uses baking powder as leavening (it’s Dutch processed). It also makes chocolate buttercream frosting like no other cocoa can, and it makes the most chocolate-y old-fashioned fudge.
