Exquisito Chocolate founder Carolina Qijano, is known as the “Chocolate Empress”. While she was on a business trip to Paris for her Wall Street consulting job, she tasted a bar of delicious life-changing chocolate and spent the next two years trying to re-create it in her NYC studio a — all while still working her demanding job on Madison Avenue.
