Limited edition. Strong, complex, quality dark chocolate with sweet currants, tangy orange and a raisin & coffee aftertaste. The maker rarely gets these beans in stock - only 25kg some years - and always looking for more. A complex chocolate that almost crosses the line towards savory.

Ingredients: Single origin cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin.

*No nuts, gluten, soya or dairy ingredients are used in this bar.

Quite sweet for a 72%. Soft and creamy mouthfeel. I taste banana and malted milk. I agree with the "coffee aftertaste" on the label notes. Unique, but a bit on the sweet and milky side for my tastes.

Nice snap. Cool mouth feeling. Gentle, aromatic, and sweet palate. Rich and smooth cocoa flavor. Fruit, floral, and coffee scents. The tasting experience starts with raisin, candied orange, and sugary currants flavors followed by subtle vanilla honey notes. The finish is driven by Agalta coffee aroma: tropical fruits, caramel, and sweet chocolate aftertaste.
