Not just salt but fleur de sel, also called celtic sea salt. A sea salt with a fine crystal structure, a nice combination for various chocolates. In this case with cocoa from Ghana, the cocoa from there is not known for its acids or extensive taste experience, but for classic chocolate flavor without too much fuss. However, also if you find quality cocoa, without crazy aftertaste. Classical, you could call it.
Taste note from the makers: a prelude in which the salt taste resonates. This is followed by a composition of taste of raisins, nougat and burned wood.
