Interesting

This chocolate is almost floral tasting. It’s not very sweet and very creamy. Good stuff!

My dad: "This is what I remember chocolate tasting like when I was a kid."

I lived in Madagascar for seven years and love the standout citrus and fruit notes of its chocolate. Whenever I offer friends, colleagues or family Madagascar chocolate to try, and I know they're not dark chocolate fans, this is the one I choose (if they like dark chocolate, I offer them the 65% or 70% of this same brand). I'm thrilled that Bar and Cocoa is exporting these bars from the Chocolaterie Robert, Madagascar's oldest and most famous chocolate producer. This bar has all the complexity and flavor of the best Madagascar chocolate with Robert's extraordinary creaminess in the mellow sweetness of a milk chocolate. When my dad tried it, he was transported back to a taste he couldn't remember experiencing since the 1950s (and he's tried lots of other fine chocolates). Truly wonderful.
