Fruition Madagascar Sambirano Dark 74%
If you like fruit notes in your chocolate, you’ll love this bar. It’s smooth on the tongue and rich in red fruit flavors. There’s a hint of tartness and citrus notes that makes this a delight to enjoy.
This bar was good, but nothing stood out as fantastic to make it a favorite. It was a bit earthier than my preferred Madagascar bars. Good snap and texture to the bar, but the flavor profile just didn't wow me.

The most prolific of these is certainly Bejofo Estate, which alone produces around 300 tons of cocoa each year. Over the last decade, Malagasy cacao (cacao grown on Madagascar) has earned a reputation for fruity, almost juicy cacao beans, which transform into some of the most unique chocolate in the world.
