This is the smoothest, softest chocolate I’ve ever eaten. The closest thing to a bar of ganache that I can think of. Some folks might miss the traditional “snap” of chocolate but the softness feels so indulgent to bite into, and as a vegan this has the texture of milk chocolate but the nutty richness of dark. This chocolate has only one flaw—I only allow myself to take one bite at a time because it’s pretty energy-dense even for chocolate.

Very tasty gianduia bar! It is smooth and velvety - literally melts in your mouth. It has a deep hazelnut flavor and not overly sweet. Recommend!
I enjoyed this bar and Piedimonte Hazelnuts are the best choice in this matter. An Italian flavorful delicacy and perfect chocolate inclusion! It is very buttery with a striking hazelnut taste. At first it seems sweet but the finish is the opposite. Clean and mouth-watering bitter/nutty chocolate aftertaste. Extra smooth and buttery texture (soft snap of course) but I was able to feel some sugar parts. It just misses crunchy bites to me. I give 4 stars because the Arete Gianduia bar is still my favorite among all.
