I agree with the others - this one is very "snackable." It's a little chewy, calling to mind dried mango, and I love the sour and salt together. However, the seasonings are so strong the chocolate doesn't have a long aftertaste.
The chocolate flavor didn't stand out, didn't linger, didn't travel up my nose like other chocolates have. No aftertaste. That was disappointing because it smells so fruity! However, the texture combo of the chocolate and the mango make this bar the perfect snack. I kept wanting to take another bite! The mango pieces were the perfect size and I loved that they were integrated in the bar and not just sprinkled on top.
I love the salty sour of this bar, but the chocolate itself is super smoky. Really, really smoky. I’m not sure if that is intentional? I got a calamansi bar from the same brand and it has no smoke taste.
