Among the independent cacao producers who dedicate their love and care to Venezuela's coastal lands, is Vicente Ramón Fuentes Zapata. Vicente runs Finca Torres, a historical farm in the growing region of Choroni, close to Chuao & Ocumare. We were lucky to receive three bags from his annual production of 1.5 tons. These beans exhibit all the characteristics of a classic Venezuelan coastal Criollo mix-up.
