Smooth subtle creamy

The snap on this bar and melting suggest there is a higher cocoa butter ratio in this bar. It does melt smooth and fast on the tongue and the flavors are subtle. Finally after letting it sit for a long while on the tongue, a punch of fruit comes through. The finish is butter cream with mild cocoa flavor. The flavors in this bar are not as playful as I enjoy with pops of rose or berry or coffee or.... However, this is as decribed: smooth texture and not bitter. Yes, this bar is so creamy that if you are looking for a dark milk without the milk, this is worth a try.
