This single origin bar is made from a rare cacao growing along the slopes of Colombia’s Sierra Nevada coastal mountain range. It is a mix of cultivated and wild-grown criollo and trinitario cacao varieties. This bar is noticeably fruity with flavors of apricot, caramel, and a delicate nuttiness.
