What Does My Chocolate Subscription Include?
Bar & Cocoa monthly club box include 4 bars of bean to bar chocolate. We sample and ship only the bars we love (and we hope you do, too!) Your chocolate subscription box will arrive once every month. We will also email you tasting notes about the bars and chocolate makers we feature. Your feedback helps us pick our future chocolate selections! So please let us know your thoughts.
When Do I Receive My Order or First Subscription Box?

How Does Billing Work?
Orders placed in our Store are billed immediately.
For subscriptions, you will be billed immediately upon checkout. Monthly subscriptions are re-billed on the 15th of every month, or every 3 or 6 months depending on your what you select. Unless you have prepaid for multiple months, your second month will not bill until after you've received your first order. Please keep in mind that subscriptions renew automatically, UNLESS specified to be a Gift. You can cancel automatic renewal by logging into your Club Account. (Club & Store are separate logins and accounts.)
How Can I Change My Subscription?
Your Bar & Cocoa subscription is automatically renewed for your convenience. You are can skip a month, update your address, or make updates to your subscription at any time by logging in to your Club Account. If you have issues, send us an email or give us a call.
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are emailed to you upon shipment. When in doubt, check your email. If you can't find it, we can supply you with the shipping date and tracking number. Contact us using the form below or call (843) 732-4350.
What If My Chocolate Is Melted?
Shipments to warmer areas, or all areas during peak summer months, may include an ice pack to prevent melt. We take every precaution to protect your chocolate. We recommend being available on delivery days (don't worry - we let you know via email with tracking number when your chocolate ships) so you can get the goodness indoors. Please have your chocolate shipped to a location where it is not left outside in the heat whenever possibly (you can update your shipping address at any time)! In the unlikely event that you experience issues with your shipment, please contact us immediately, and we'll make it right.
What About Canada & International Shipping?
The club subscription is only available in the United States at this time. For store orders, we ship to over 220 countries usually via DHL Express. Shipping cost is dynamic, and calculated at checkout based on the total weight.

While we're open, please understand that sending samples does not guarantee feedback or that we will feature your bars.
