The Juliana plantation is located in the heart of the protected Pratigi Zone in eastern Brazil. For the last twenty years, the farmers have meticulously selected the best cocoa trees in order to recapture the quality which made Brazilian cocoa a benchmark for high quality cocoa in the 19th century. This chocolate has the fine fruity flavors of the Brazilian land, with hints of the smooth coffee many consumers associate with the country. Thanks to traditional French chocolate making techniques, this bar is creamy with a quick melt, without the addition of milk.
