I admit that sometimes this combination needs some finessing and it feels like a stretch but IT IS NOT THE CASE OF THIS PARTICULAR BAR!!! Denise really created something far different from the orderliness of this "inclusion". The quality of taste-mouthfeel-texture is close to perfection. See, in my opinion, the more "we" simplify the "inventiveness", the closer "we" shall be to what "we" are striving for, namely the excellence of chocolate!
One of my favorite bars

Collection title: Castronovo
Castronovo was started by Denise Castronovo in Stuart, Florida. While Castronovo was only launched in 2013, Denise has made some strikingly different and exceptional chocolate that has won over twenty awards both nationally and internationally. Denise is the only woman-owned bean to bar chocolate company in the U.S that has won an award from the International Chocolate Awards! Denise picks heirloom varieties of cacao from remote regions that help to conserve the rainforest and highlight the exclusive flavors from those regions. Castronovo also ensures that the beans she uses come from plantations that naturally exist in the wild, or from small farms that practice sustainable farming. Denise is there every step of the way to ensure not only quality chocolate bars but ensuring that even the beans are carefully looked after. Castronovo decided to get into the chocolate making business after her original career as an ecologist and owning her own company that uses mapping technology to look at satellite imagery for ecological health slowed down in 2008. She purchased a bag of cacao beans, when it dawned on her that, that was the first time she realized where chocolate comes from. Actually, her own bars from her first batch was the first bean to bar chocolate she’s ever had! And the rest is history.
Collection title: Chocolate with Salt
Collection description: Why is salt in chocolate so good? Salt is an inspired and natural pairing to chocolate (and sugar). Salt intensifies your body’s ability to taste sugar, and it also suppresses the bitterness of chocolate. Not to mention it also enhances the many flavor nuances found in single origin chocolate.

Each product has icons that indicate whether a product is completely soy free or may contain traces.

Collection title: Wampusirpi, Honduras
Collection description: Wampusirpi is a municipality of just under 6,000 residents, in the northeastern Honduran department of Gracias a Dios. Many parts of the region are only accessible by boat via the Patuca River, which connects the villages. The whole area is largely dependent upon agriculture, but eschews the conventional use of pesticides in favor of more traditional approaches; it’s often called “organic without the certification.”
Collection title: Women In Chocolate
Collection description: This collection highlights craft chocolate bars from women chocolate makers or women owned chocolate companies.
