As I always say during my tasting classes, the evaluation of an inclusion bar is based on personal preference. But I always recommend starting with the specific origin, a solid cacao content, and territory related ingredients. In this very case, Personally, I always prefer dark or vegan milk because I am lactose intolerant. Therefore I do not drink milk. But in this case, what attracted me was the desire to experience Madagascar fruity profile (not only with milk like the well-known Pump Street version) but with one of my favorite fruit. I really enjoyed the result. Of course, it is sweet, but the flavors are well combined together and the touch of vanilla is very pleasant.
