Perfect for brownies

These chocolate chips are perfect for homemade brownies.

Out of stock means DELICIOUS

I can't believe there are no reviews for these chocolate chips that are so good I can't imagine putting them in anything besides my mouth! So creamy and dense, they are a great chocolate fix without committing to part of a chocolate bar. I am sure they would be good in any baking recipes that call for chocolate chips, but I just can't do it. Little delights are what they are in my world.

Not for me

These chips are a bit slow to melt, and have a fine graininess. I prefer really smooth chocolate. The flavor is a bit unusual, slightly bitter and acidic, with strong roasted notes. Not enough good chocolate flavor for eating plain. Probably OK when used in baking.
