Maker

Heinde & Verre

Heinde & Verre is a Dutch craft chocolate maker based in Rotterdam. The name meaning "near and far," pays homage to the Dutch tradition of sourcing the best ingredients worldwide and combining with local produce. This maker uses slow food techniques to develop the full flavor of their cacao and to express the natural richness. The founders Jan-Willem and Ewald take time with their chocolate making process, from sourcing to aging to develop complex flavor in their bars. Not to be missed is their Bali bars, and their unique take on Vegan Milk chocolate.
