This chocolate is made from scratch using only organic and natural ingredients. They start with cocoa butter instead of substitute vegetable oil, cane sugar and milk powder to make this silky smooth white chocolate. Then they add the matcha powder and jasmine tea leaves in the stone grinder, all ground up to a beautiful naturally green color yummy chocolate bar.

Raphio Chocolate

Raphio Chocolate is made from scratch with only organic and natural ingredients. Chocolate maker Elisia hand selects her cacao beans to make pure, healthy chocolate in Fresno, California. Introduced to craft chocolate by her husband in 2014, the simplicity of ingredients used is what inspired Elisia. She wanted to create a minimally processed chocolate bar that was healthy for kids to consume as well. Raphio was inspired by her two sons Raphael and Rio. She wanted to give her sons treats without the harsh sugars and other ingredients involved as well as the desire to promote healthy chocolate especially for parents! Raphio has already earned national and international awards for their chocolate.
