There's something comforting about a warm cup of Earl Grey tea, especially at the tail end of winter, and the bergamot citrus provide a hint of spring floral aromas. For this bar, we partnered with Rishi Tea and their organic Earl Grey, which pairs perfectly with out Ecuadorian oat milk chocolate. For an additional bergamot boost, we added a light dusting of orange essence powder.
