DESCRIPTION:

The process of sprouting walnuts creates a smooth, buttery taste with a gentle finish. They're truly incredible and we love the way they pair with the Uganda Semuliki cacao that has notes of fig, vanilla and red wine.

Located in Bundibugyo, Western Uganda, Semuliki Forest cacao is grown by 1,002 organic smallholder farmers in the region, 52% who are women. There are 6 rural collection points for farmers to access where they sell fresh cacao weekly into the network and receive cash at point of sale.

Located in Northern California, the Kramers are fourth generation walnut growers committed to regenerating the land by incorporating ecological systems. They grow, harvest, process and package their own walnuts.

Ingredients: cacao*, cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, sprouted walnuts (*organic). Vegan & gluten free
