An organic dark chocolate bar, 100% cocoa. The best cocoa blends of Fino Aromatico (Criollo Blanco and Nacional Amendolado) have been used to create this utterly unique line of extra dark chocolate bars. Cultivated following the ancestral technique of the Chakra, calling for the presence of a diverse variety of tree species in the cultivar, Ecuador cocoa has a very aromatic intensity and aroma with toasted notes, as well as hints of nuts and Taggiasca olives. The cocoa is processed in its pure form, without the addition of soy lecithin and vanilla.
This product consists of two thin slabs weighing 35g each: a small and subtle tasting is enough to appreciate the taste and intensity of this bar. This product is part of Venchi's Organic Project for a new social model incorporating an integrated supply chain. Naturally gluten free
