Collection: Enliven Cacao

Make chocolate; cure poverty. That's the motto of Enliven, a registered charitable non-profit based in Nicaragua and the USA. After years of earning the trust of the La Colonia community which grows this cacao, Enliven was started as a way to teach proper post-harvest processing techniques to the farmers and bring their beans to a premium market. All of the profits from selling the cacao go back to the farmers in the community, and they’re using it to build new roads, establish electricity connections, and plant even more trees, to provide even more high quality cacao to makers like ours.
