This relatively small cacao farm is located in the Moruga region of Trinidad, an island off the northern coast of Venezuela. The estate is owned & run by Vijay Jagassar, the cocoa farmer behind the Jagz Cacao brand. Mr. Jagassar currently has 16 acres under cultivation, with a multitude of unique trinitario cacao varietals.
