Most of our orders are gifts. Notes, ship dates, recipient lists, and warm-weather packing are standard, not special requests.
Self-serve orders ship in 2 to 5 business days, or on a date you choose at checkout. Bespoke projects need 3 to 6 weeks for design, approval, and assembly, and longer in November and December. For December delivery, start a bespoke project by early October.
No minimum for self-serve. Volume pricing starts at 25 gifts (about $1,800), with further breaks at 50, 100, 250, and 500. Co-branded packaging starts at 25 gifts and fully custom packaging at 100.
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of recipients and addresses and we ship each gift individually, with its own tracking number and its own printed note, free. Use one note for everyone or a different note per recipient. Prices never appear on the packing slip. For a single office, everything ships together.
Yes. Co-branded orders (25 gifts and up) put your logo on a belly band, sleeve, or card insert. Custom orders (100 and up) can include a custom box, ribbon, or wrap. Send us your logo file and we’ll share a proof before anything prints, and you can ask for a sample before committing to a large or custom order.

We use insulated packing in warm months and can schedule shipments around a heat wave. If something arrives melted, contact us and we’ll make it right.
