Some of the products we carry are made with rare cacao origins like the highly prized Criollo beans known for its mild floral flavor and little bitterness; or with limited micro-lots from special cacao farms or wild strains of cocoa not easily grown or found. And some of these bars are ephemeral seasonal flavors that are Limited Edition flavors - here today, gone tomorrow!
