Since the 1980's Bonnat has continued to pioneer the creation of single origin bars. They work with 35 different plantations around the globe to produce bars that showcase each cacao’s unique flavor. Bonnat works closely with each farmer, so he can see first hand each vital step that goes into his fine quality chocolate bars.

Bonnat's dark bars already almost taste like milk bars due to their expert use of cocoa butter for the perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture and experience. Of course, the milk inclusion of this bar only takes this to the next level. This dark milk bar is indulgent and creamy, and it reminds you that milk chocolate can be unbelievable too (if you are a dark chocolate lover, as I am). I don't taste any particularly obvious notes in this chocolate, so for me the main story here (as with all of Bonnat's other milk chocolates) is the unbeatable texture.

This 65% dark milk has the right balance between chocolate flavor and the sweetness from milk and sugar; it also perfectly combines richness from milk and cocoa butter with the unique roasted notes usually found in bonnat’s chocolates. The texture is extremely smooth because of the addition of cocoa butter. For those want to avoid sugary milk chocolate, this is a good choice.
