This Gianduja chocolate spread has 45% of PGI Piedmont hazelnuts, roasted in their production headquarter and harvested from the small farmers that have been worked together with them since the early beginning of their business. They guarantee the total absence of Palm or Coconut Oils: they only use Cocoa butter and the very precious PGI Piedmont Hazelnut Oil that they personally press in our production headquarter.

my current favorite gianuja spread at bar and cocoa

I grew up on Nutella, loving it dearly. but now I'm older and desire more than a mouthful of cloying palm oil. So I snagged a few different spreads from B&C to see which ones would scratch that nostalgia itch while catering to my adult palate that doesn't want chocolate/hazelnuts obscured by too much filler fat and sugar.

this was my personal winner.

Lovely taste. But I still prefer Amedei Gianduia Dark with a shorter ingredients list, dairy free, and, most importantly, without lecithin.
