This bar is Puchero's first creation using white chocolate as a base. It is a complex bar with many ingredients, but after a lot of testing and many weeks of adjusting all the little details, they have found a combination in which all the flavors are present.
It is made with single-origin India Idukki cacao butter, organic and extracted in origin, lavender grown by Tiedra de Lavanda in Valladolid, and lime, strawberry, and blueberries dehydrated by Natursnacks, also in Valladolid.
To fully appreciate the flavor, they recommend placing the bottom of the bar on the tongue first to rehydrate the strawberries and blueberries.

PucheroPuchero, started as a coffee roaster and then grew to include their passion for making chocolate. The co-founders Paloma and Marco, from Spain and Italy respectively created Puchero in 2015. Their roastery and chocolate factory is in the outskirts of Madrid. Three years later in 2018 inspired by the infinite nuances of cacao from around the world, they started making chocolate from cocoa beans that have been harvested and dried on the farm by small-scale producers.
