Collection: Sur Del Lago, Venezuela

Translated directly as “South of the Lake,” Sur Del Lago is a region of western Venezuela which touches upon four separate states. The name refers to Lake Maracaibo, and the region as a whole is often referred to as the cradle of criollo cacao, thanks to its many native varietals of fine flavor criollo cacao.
