Chocolatiers from father to son since 1884, Andre Morin founds the Chocolaterie A. Morin in 1958. Since then, they created artisan chocolate in accordance with the chocolate-making tradition. The carefully selected cocoa beans are then roasted, crushed, and conched to be transformed in chocolate in their factory in the south of France. This is what they call" From bean to bar."

A gentle start with hot milk and vanilla hints, before unveiling jasmine, yellow fruits and raspberry notes.

A Morin Chocolatiers are a 4th generation chocolate maker in Donzère, France. Chocolatiers from father to son since 1994, André Morin founded Chocolaterie A. Morin in 1958 to start making bean to bar chocolate. Since then, they have created artisan chocolate in accordance with chocolate making tradition.They have spent years cultivating relationships with their cocoa producers and farmers to create their line of single origin chocolate bars. They also cultivate over 15,000 acres of fruit and nut orchards to use as raw ingredients such as almonds, hazelnuts and cherries for their pralines, pastes, nougats and jams.

One of the tastiest white chocolates I've tried

It's so bright & fruity it doesn't need any inclusions!

This is really good quality white chocolate. The description is accurate with the fruit and floral notes. A little sweeter than I personally prefer, but great nonetheless.
