Based in Vietnam, Belvie Chocolate is a bean to bar maker that handcrafts their chocolate bars with Belgian techniques. They source cacao from all over Vietnam, then stone grind and produce their chocolate in small batches. Their award winning chocolate also contributes to the preservation of cacao trees in Vietnam. They take the husks of the cacao as fertilizer for the trees to help maintain a green environment. Belvie uses Trinitario cacao beans only from local farmers to help restore cacao trees throughout Vietnam and mostly importantly, to help support the farmers.

one of the best

One of my favorite bars in the 80% range. This one is super creamy with notes of fruit, honey, and just a hint of earthiness. I will certainly buy this again. Excited to try more from Belvie.

This bar was the highlight of the chocolate tasting flight. This separates the casual chocolate eaters from the true chocolate enjoyers in the group. This bar did not last long. it's a memorable experience and shows some of the best traits a dark chocolate bar has to offer.

An unexpected sheer pleasure.

80% and above is a usually bit harsh for me, but I like to experiment each time I buy a batch of bars. There was no harshness in this bar. And the flavor profiles richly rain down rewarding your taste glands for your selection of this bar. Absolutely lovely. I highly recommend it.
