FiretreeFiretree Chocolate is dedicated to crafting rare, single estate chocolate with a true sense of place. They source their cocoa from small, remote volcanic islands in the South Pacific and Madagascar, where the mineral-rich soil creates some of the most distinctive taste notes in the world. The name “Firetree” comes from the cocoa tree’s flame-colored pods, and from its base in Cambridgeshire, England, the company follows a meticulous bean-to-bar process to preserve each origin’s character. Committed to fairness and sustainability, Firetree works directly with farmers or their co-ops, paying premiums that support communities and protect landscapes.
