Tasting Notes: Aroma of sweet toasty caramel and floral notes with a warming finish.
Mu Zha Tie Guan Yin (木栅铁观音) is a Taiwanese roasted oolong tea crafted using a traditional method involving repeated rolling and masterful roasting. The tedious process produces tightly curled leaves that infuse toasty caramel aroma and fruity notes that evolves into a floral sweetness.
Their preparation blends the tea with herbaceous and earthy Ecuadorian cacao from Costa Esmeraldas estate, creating a 62% dark chocolate that is comforting on a chilly day.

This is another fantastic blend of oolong tea with chocolate. It is not overly sweet and the oolong tea is a wonderful compliment to the chocolate. These guys really know how to make a wonderful chocolate tea blended bar.
Amazing chocolate. Very sophisticated balance of tannin tastes from chocolate and tea. I’ll buy this again and again!
Fossa does a perfect job of balancing the tea with the chocolate. It's perfect with a pot of tea or by itself. The chocolate is rich and smooth and I wouldn't want a drop more milk in it. I can't say enough about the quality of the tea.
