I love 100% dark, and the flavor of this bar is interesting—dark and earthy rather than fruity. However the chocolate bar is scored into a strange pattern of diagonal lines with a logo in the middle, which makes it hard to break apart and eat. I don't think I'll buy it again for that reason.
I don't write reviews for every single chocolate bar that I try, typically only ones that stand out or my favorites. While I really love and prefer bitter roasted flavors, this bar shined with rich fruit flavor. The kind of chocolate that you don't want to rush, just let it melt in your mouth and enjoy!
I'm still in the process of adjusting to 100 percent chocolate, so my expertise here is limited. But so far it was a very good experience. I liked it. It is very intense, also bitter and a little sour, but not so much that it covers the flavors and nuances.
Great 100% chocolate for those that enjoy spice. Slightly thinner bar.

this vietnamese cacao origin tastes quite a lot like an indian origin cacao. lots of earthy and spice tones: allspice, clove, etc. really nice flavor and aroma.
