Iceland’s only bean to bar chocolate maker, OmNom was started by former chef Kjartan Gislason and Óskar Þórðarson . Inspired by the bean to bar movement in the US, Kjartan started experimenting with making chocolate in 2014. At first it was just an experimental concept, until they began receiving positive feedback from the very beginning. OmNom has a small location in Reykjavík, Iceland, and every step of their chocolate making is handcrafted. All OmNom chocolate is crafted from organic cacao beans and Icelandic milk. Each of their ingredients are sourced sustainable locations and are certified organic. The fun brand name was inspired by the sound Cookie Monster makes when munching down on cookies.
I guess i will simply say how much love we have for Omnom and the high quality of their chocolate bars.
The chocolate bundles available on Bar and Cocoa are a fine and fair deal
(every bar sells for around $8.50 anyhow and so getting the bundles doesnt seriously lower the price for the quantity offered in each bundle....though i am not about to ask barandcocoa to make us a better offer, ie, either sell the bars for cheaper individually or offer the bundles for significantly/noticeably less.)
Then, regarding bundles, i would truly most wish to have a pick of the flavors making up the bundle, as not all are ones i would choose or wish to eat, though i am glad i can make grand use of them as presents to others whom i feel will appreciate them, ie, this dark bar/flavor/ that white choco bar, etc. Thanks for making bundles available, nevertheless :)

We like having a variety of choices from different countries of origin. We like looking up info on these places and savoring the chocolate. It is a very high quality experience.
There's something for everyone in the dark chocolate bundle. Savory, sweet, crunchy, fruity. I've really enjoyed tasting my way through this collection with my friends and family.
I really like Theo & Philo across the board, but this one is a really special with a pop of heat and sweet tart mango and crunchy nibs. There's a lot of texture in this bar, more than I anticipated, but I really enjoyed it.
