Good Valrhona product, but costly

Good but not great

I really like the plain Caramelia so thought I'd give it a go with the crunchy pearls. The crunchy bits were smaller than I expected, but do add crunch/texture. if you like that, I highly recommend this bar, but if you liike the smooth melt of a chocoalte, stick to the plain (which is my plan).

Very crunchy!

This chocolate is loaded with caramel and nuts, and feels extremely crunchy! But I did enjoy it a lot! It is incredibly sweet and milky!

A Little too Sweet for me

Yes, it is your typical Valhrona creamy chocolate texture. The pearls were lighly flavored and added some crunch but not much. For me this bar was just O.K. A little too sweet and I didn't feel a complexity of the chocolate.
