Situated on the most southerly of the larger islands of the Philippines - and in the “Goldilocks zone” 10 degrees either side of the equator - the cocoa farmers of Mindanao Island have the ideal combination of tropical rainforest and volcanic soil. It is perfect for growing a cocoa bean with a distinctive chocolate flavor complemented by hints of honey, fig and citrus notes.

    Only if you can forgive using Sunflower lecithin!

    very smooth with notes of caramel and citrus. However, if you read the ingredients, you see they use tiny amount of sunflower lecithin! It's a last ingredient so should be small.

    One of my favorites

    The thick tiles melt to create a big feeling on the tongue. As the flavor emerges, I discovered a delicious mango mixed with honey. I kept going back for more. And I ordered another bar to make sure I can indulge myself some more!
