Direct-Source Cacao

Direct Sourced

A high cocoa content and a skilful blend of the finest Forastero beans from Africa make Abinao a “Marriage de Grands Crus” characterized by powerful tannins with a strong, lingering intensity. This robust chocolate has deeply earthen, unadulterated flavors of burnt coffee, intense bitterness and a chewy, thick texture.

Valrhona has been producing chocolate in the small village of Tain L’Hermitage, France since 1922. From the beginning, they have been dedicated to create the unique, artisan quality chocolate with complex, balanced and consistent flavors. With years of working towards perfecting techniques for enhancing the flavor of cocoa beans.
