Nothing goes better with chocolate than citrus. This is grown up version of orange chocolate is made with cocoa directly from farmers in Ecuador. Amano then combines it with tangerine, grapefruit and the oils from yuzu - an incredible citrus from Japan. Hence the name Mélange À Trois. There are also tiny pieces of orange fruit leather which gives the chocolate an incredible juicy sensation.

This bar has lovely tastes of tangerine, grapefruit, vanilla, lime, mild clove and light licorice. Definitely a bar I'd want to enjoy over the holidays.
