This is one of my top three favorite 100% chocolates. Smooth texture, not too much of a snap, and very easy to eat, but it doesn't take much to satisfy a craving. Looking forward to having it back in stock.
one of my two favorite 100% chocolates. Great with sliced pears.
Madagascar chocolate is my favorite, and I'm a fan of 100% dark chocolate if it's done right. I've tried many, and this one is hands down my favorite. Too often, 100% dark can be dry and brittle. This one is creamy and melts in your mouth - it almost comes across as sweet by comparison to other 100% bars. And the complexity of the fruity, citrus-y notes of Madagascar chocolate elevate it to another level. For me, this bar is a miracle of 100% dark chocolate.
for 100 % chocolate, I recommend this one. Not unexpectedly, it is bitter, but not overly so, and it leaves a nice and distinctive aftertaste on the palate
Smooth and consistent taste . The best 100% bar we have ever enjoyed.

Collection description: Apurímac is a predominantly Quechua-speaking department in the Andean region of south-central Peru. The population of just under half a million residents is primarily rural, depending upon agriculture, the service industry, and a small-but-growing mining industry. Apurimac’s average altitude is quite high, at just over 9000 feet, so the climate is generally temperate; most farmers depend upon native crops, like potatoes, quinoa, and corn.
