Over the past few decades three main plantations have popped up in the area to supply cacao to chocolate makers around the world, as well as some of the world's most valuable botanicals, namely vanilla, ylang-ylang, and essential oil extracts.
I am a big dark chocolate fan not only for the taste but for the health benefits also. Firetree is some of the best tasting dark chocolate I have ever purchased. Love it.

Dark, rich and fruity. It's strong but has none of the bitterness that sometimes comes with 84%.
This 84% chocolate is very smooth, with a nice melt. The flavor is very strong, with raspberry notes, but a slight sour finish.
This is a fantastic bar. It's fruity and soft. Just a really solid choice! I'm officially a fan of firetree.
