70% Dark chocolate made with two different Brazilian cacao beans. One side is chocolatey, with rich cocoa and brownie flavors. The other side is bright, citrus, and creamy. (LIMITED SUPPLY)
The name Two Rivers: Rio Negro + Rio Solimões comes from a boat ride on the Amazon River in the Amazon Rainforest. There is an intersection where these two rivers meet and maintain separate for miles. It is fascinating to ride a boat, on these two rivers and see them side by side at first, then merge into one. Two visually different rivers coming together to create the largest and most forceful river in the world. For Arcelia, this is Brazil - many origins coming together, many languages, many cultures, and many flavors that eventually came to be known as one Brazil.

Cacao Region
Bahia, BrazilBahia is one of the largest states of Brazil, located in the east, along the Atlantic coast. Once a monarchial stronghold dominated by slave-centric agriculture and ranching, Bahia is now a domestic manufacturing center and the focal point of Brazil’s re-entry into the fine cacao market. The region was once the largest cacao producer in the country, so reputed that a portion of southern Bahia was nicknamed “Cacao Coast.” Unfortunately, bioterrorism in the 1980’s devastated the country’s crop over the course of just a decade. In the early 2010’s, a number of family farms took it upon themselves to revitalize the local fine flavor cacao industry, which continues to grow annually.
AAlisonThe lighter side has an earthy taste with a citrus tang. The darker side tastes of toffee and fudge brownie. I like the darker side better. What a cool concept!
JJ.N.Awesome bar. Super fun idea basically two bars in one. Very well made.
AAnais R.Love everything about this tablet: the wrapping and the two colors are cute, but most importantly both sides taste great and each has its own personality. Would be a great gift but it's rather eat it myself.
