Mission Chocolate

Arcelia Gallardo founded Mission Chocolate in Sao Paulo, Brazil, bringing experience from running a chocolate shop in California and training at Dandelion Chocolate. She has been active in expanding the bean-to-bar movement in Brazil, working directly with farmers on processing. Many of Mission's bars feature locally sourced Brazilian fruits.
