CCatherineSmooth, rich, subtly earthy and very complex for a white bar. This will be a repeat purchase for sure!
CChrisI purchased several white chocolate bars as a gift, and decided to grab this one for myself to challenge my prejudices against the stuff. Mission accomplished. It's very good. It has a great, silky texture and tastes like butterscotch. With that said, I can't compare it to any other white chocolate, as I've been avoiding white chocolate since I first tried some years ago.
