Pralus Cacao Show (Hot Chocolate Mix)

Makes good chocolate mousse when added to heavy whipping cream, with vanilla or almond extract.

Creamy goodness in a cup!

Hi,
I have to say, I love the way the cocoa blends smooth and it was just a consistent creaminess and decadent flavor , until the last drop 🙂

Not sure how to use this

It's hard to review this product because it has no instructions with it. No guide on how much mix to use with how much milk, nothing. I made it with the same ratio I do other chocolates and it was really intense and bitter. I had to add sugar to it, which I don't usually do with hot chocolate mixes. I think I'd enjoy it more if it came with a recipe.

Very strong, rich cocoa mix

Pralus Cocoa Show hot chocolate mix is delicious, exactly as I always expect of Pralus chocolates. It has an exceptionally - strikingly - deep dark color and strong, rich flavor. And, surprisingly, it is very low in sugar; I’ve never had another hot chocolate mix with sweetness anywhere near this low level of sweetness. My only complaint is that, for me anyway, it tastes [too] powdery. Maybe I did something wrong, maybe I didn’t heat&stir it enough, maybe I’m just improperly comparing it against hot chocolate made by dissolving solid chocolate (given it’s been a while now since I made hot chocolate using cocoa powder). But that’s why I put 4 stars not 5, since I think it tastes great.
