Liek typical modica chocolate, these little chocolate chunks have the grainy texture yet it is pleasing. The red chili adds a slight twist to the taste without being overpowering - nice balance of flavor!
This is a tasty chocolate bar with the caramel brittle adding to the texture and decadence of the base chocolate. A wonderfully delicious 72% bar!
Not all makers make blends, but I wish more did. This bar by ritual is both approachable to gift to those who don't normally eat craft chocolate while also offering a touch of complexity with the flavors from each origin pleasantly blended in the bar.
