Maker
Palato ChocolatePalato Chocolate is a Honduran company specializing in the production of chocolate, founded in 2007 by Mónica Pedemonte (Chef Moni) who, after studying in United States, made a specialization in the prestigious Mausi Culinary Art Institute Sebess, from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Palato's cacao comes from remote places throughout the Honduran territory, such as zona occidental on the Atlantic coast, Olancho and La Mosquitia. Their production provides work for thousands of families, and supports the local economy.
