These cocoa plantations are located in the center of Peru, in the foothills of the Andes. They are therefore quite hilly and cocoa trees grow under shade plants up to 30 meters high. In these tropical forests, there is sufficient humidity so that there is no need to set up an irrigation system. The majority of plantations have seeded trees. This cocoa is of the Criollo variety.

The culture is organic. These beans come from a short circuit, in fact we buy them directly from producers. The powder is pressed and packaged in our workshops in Donzère.
