Good 100 bar but prefer their Tumaco 85 more
I love this bar. It has an amazing texture and a subtle fruity taste. I only intended on having one square but ended up eating the entire bar. My only concern about dark chocolate is they may have extremely high amounts of Cadmium which is highly toxic. This can also be problematic for organic cocoa because very often cadmium is a natural soil compound. The soil may have a low pH, which means it has high acidity and increased accumulation of cadmium.
one of my favorite 100% bars, nice chewy smooth texture and complex flavor but not too floral.
